We are here for all of your current and long term healthcare needs. The most efficient way of booking an appointment is online. Alternatively you can contact our reception team. At times when we are required to have safety measures in place due to contagious illness in the community, you can speak a member of clinical team who will advise if you need to come down and see us in person.
Although you are registered with one doctor, you may see whichever doctor you would like, as long as appointment times are free for that doctor. You are encouraged to see the same doctor for continuity in any particular problem. All patients who have urgent healthcare needs will be reviewed as an emergency appointment on the same day by one of our clinical team.
We now provide FREE appointment reminders by text message.
You can cancel your appointment with a TEXT reminder by texting CANCEL at least 3 hours before your appointment is due.
Please confirm your mobile number at reception.
Booking Appointments Online
Before patients can use this service they must obtain a user name and password from reception.
A username and password will only be provided after completion of an application form and photographic identification of the applicant is submitted.
If photographic identification is unavailable a utility bill can be substituted as identification and a user name and password will be posted to the applicant if a stamped self addressed envelope is provided.
From July 2019 additional appointments will be available to book directly via online service from your mobile, iPad, or computer.
Please click here to read the lists carefully to ensure you do not book an appointment with a staff member who is unable to provide the service you require because you will be asked to rebook your appointment with a suitably qualified staff member.
