Surgery Times

The practice is open:
Monday to Friday 8.30am - 6.00pm
With a receptionist available on the front desk and telephones.


From 01.12.19 Extended Hours will no longer be available from the Practice on a Saturday but will be provided via the STAR service
Monday to Friday
6.30pm – 7.30pm

Patients will be seen at Hirsel Medical Practice North Ormesby Health Village

This service is pre-bookable ONLY please ask at reception for an appointment


The practice is not open Bank Holidays.
If you need to see or speak to a GP on a bank holiday,  over the weekend or between the hours of 6pm to 8am Monday to Friday then please ring NHS 111 who will help you to access our STAR - Local extended GP hours service. Outside Surgery Hours

Should you require emergency treatment when our surgery is closed, you may call NHS 111. All the calls are free of charge.

If there is any delay in responding to AN ABSOLUTE EMERGENCY, telephone 999 and ask for an ambulance.
